Cancellations & Returns

This Cancellation and Returns policy applies to all product sold directly by Hamlyn Shoes and/or our subsidiaries.

We strive to provide a pleasant and comfortable shopping experience and pay attention to customer service with each order we receive.

The customer may cancel the order if he/she wishes to. However, the order can not be cancelled once the order has been dispatched. If, for any other reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please mail us at support@hamlynshoes.com.

If you happen to receive a damaged shoes, you can raise a returns and replacement query by sendingĀ  an email to support@hamlynshoes.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Be sure to attach an image of the item received so we can evaluate its condition. Also, please ensure the product is unused and in its original condition.

Products acknowledged as ‘damaged’ or ‘defective’ we will request you to return the purchased item and initiate the refund and will also reimburse the courier/freight charges you had incurred to return.

*Please note that items purchased through special promotion, sales, or clearance are final sales, and therefore not eligible for returns or exchange.*

Once a refund is approved by Hamlyn shoes, it will be initiated through a NEFT/Bank Transfer within 30 days.
